Cozy apartment of 64m2 situated in Lloret del Mar (Fenals), around 700m from the beach and the town centre, very close to restaurants and shops.
This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking.
It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2, with direct access to a large terrace of 38m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun, a kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (150x190cm ), 1bedroom with 2 single beds (80x180cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment has no air conditioning.
Reservations for people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.

il serait temps de changer les jetés de canapé qui sont sales et dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Une clim en place qui ne fonctionne pas ... dommage! l'appartement est spacieux mais il y fait très chaud!

Grand appartement propre et plutôt bien équipé. Il manque toutefois un lave vaisselle ,un nécessaire de ménage quotidien (balai,pelle...) Gros bémol sur la magnifique terrasse qui semble un peu vide et est quasi inaccessible en été sans parasol ni store. Literie sommaire,manque de rangement dans la...

Bel appartement spacieux, agréable à vivre. Dommage quil n'y ait pas de store pour la terrasse! La vaisselle est insuffisante. Et les canapés vraiment pas propres. Pas de clim non plus! Sinon super vacances!!!!
