Enjoy unforgettable holidays in this cozy semi-detached house with spectacular sea views, located just 1.5 km from the beach and 4 km from the center of Begur.
The recently renovated property is distributed over two levels and offers comfort and plenty of natural light.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
From the living area you have direct access to a wonderful 35 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for having breakfast, relaxing, or enjoying the sea views.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them with access to a private terrace, and a full bathroom with shower.
The terraces offer beautiful sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
The house is part of a residential complex with a communal swimming pool (7 x 11 m), perfect for cooling off during the summer months.
Bed layout: 2 double beds and 2 single beds An ideal option for families or couples looking for peace, comfort, and sea views on the Costa Brava. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Cot : 40 € per stay - High Chair : 35 € per stay - Extra person with folding bed : 120 € per stay - 1h Additional cleaning : 25 € per stay - Welcome Pack : 200 € per stay - Beach towel : 20 € per stay Property managed by a professional.
