SIMPLE ACCOMMODATION FOR TEMPORARY STAYS
Before booking, please note that this is a simple, functional apartment with basic amenities, designed mainly for relocated workers or people who need long-term temporary accommodation.
It is not intended as a conventional holiday apartment. It has one bedroom, a 5 m² terrace, Wi-Fi connection, television, iron and one outdoor parking space in the same building.
The complex also has a communal swimming pool for adults and children. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juice extractor. Bed sheets are included in the price.
Towels can be added to the booking for an additional cost of €5 per person. Additional information : Community pool with children's pool - Opening period: from 1 June to 30 September. Mandatory services to be paid on-site: . Security Deposit (refundable) : 250 € per booking . Final Cleaning : 55 € per booking . Booking fee : 15 € per booking Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Two Fans : 5 € per day . Arrival out of schedule : 30 € per booking . Cot/Crib : 6 € per day . Pet : 9 € per day . Towels : 5 € per person Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

De locatie. Alles is op loopafstand. Het strand, de restaurants, winkelstraat en supermarkten.
De bedden lagen hard. Bank in huiskamer zit hard en niet comfortabel. Bijna geen hangertjes in kledingkasten waar ook geen legplanken in zaten. Dus alle kleding op de bodem van de kast moeten leggen
