It is located 150 m from the sandy beach “Playa Norte”, 200 m from the restaurant, 300 m from the “Parada Bus interurban” bus station, 3 km from the “Mercadona” supermarket, 4 km from the town “Peñiscola”, 6 km from the “Peñiscola/Benicarlo” train station, 9 km from the “Sierra de Irta Natural Park”, 50 km from the “Castellon” airport, 55 km from the “Panoramica” golf course, 100 km from the “Port Aventura” amusement park and is located in a residential area and next to the sea.
It has an elevator, terrace furniture, 30 m² of terrace, heat pump heating, air conditioning, a covered parking space in the same building and television.
The American kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

El apartamento está muy bien, sobretodo la terraza amplia
La limpieza muy por encima. No tienes un triste trapo de cocina para secarte, ni mantel. Si vas con niños pequeños tampoco te ponen ni trona ni cuna. Te lo tienes que LLEVAR TÚ TODO. Una pena porque el apartamento en sí está genial, pero MUY MAL CUIDADO.
