In a charming residence quiet, landscaped, perfectly maintained and located by the sea, this nice apartment has equipment for 4 people with a terrace overlooking the green spaces and the sea. A closed and secure parking with a private parking space is available.
The apartment consists of a living room overlooking the terrace with a sofa bed for 2 and a kitchenette (washing machine, mini oven, 1 plate with 2 burners), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Direct access on foot to creeks and small beaches: 50 meters.
Access to the town center of Collioure: 2 kilometers.
Access to the station of Collioure: 2.4 kilometers.
Local commerce: LIDL: 400 meters.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
- A pet is welcome: an extra charge of €18 per week will apply for their stay.
The rental must be left clean and in good condition.
Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request) You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check). We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
