To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. There are two steps on the terrace, one as you step out onto the terrace, and one down to the poolside. The rest of the terrace is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The double bedroom has a door width of 73cm, whilst the shower room door is 63cm wide.
