It is guaranteed to enjoy this unique place in the Netherlands. You will find this delightful family house in the middle of a quiet area in the Brabant Kempen: an environment where charming villages and vast nature areas determine the environment. In addition, the region is also praised for its fine Kempen hospitality, which makes the holiday one to remember. You stay in a converted old stable located in a farm that has its origins in 1928. In short: a holiday home with a story. The holiday home is suitable for 12 people and is located on a small-scale holiday park where you wake up to the sound of birdsong and the scent of the forest. In addition, the holiday home breathes nature and atmosphere and the location is also fantastic: on the edge of the forest and surrounded by greenery, lots of greenery. For the natural lover and peace seeker a real gem.
This holiday home consists of two six-person rooms and can accommodate as many as 12 people, is fully equipped and spacious. A lot of work has been done with wooden materials in the design of the holiday home, in order to retain that natural and natural feeling in the house as well. And with a lot of space around the house, nature is really close by. Play a game of football, sit outside all evening during the long summer evenings and laze in the sun: it is a good place to be. The holiday home also has a recreation room with a spacious seating and dining area, television and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped beautiful kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, a combi microwave and a six-burner stove. There are six double rooms with two single beds. This holiday home has several sanitary rooms. On the ground floor you will find six sinks, four toilets and two showers. On the upper floor there are three shower rooms and one toilet.
Outside, the holiday home has its own terrace. In short: a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and to relax. There is parking for two cars 10 metres from the holiday home. Other cars can be parked in the central car park.
Particularities
• Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed.
• Please indicate the composition and ages of your party in the comments field.
• No youth/friends groups under 50, sports clubs, festival-goers and student associations are allowed in this accommodation.
• This property only allows you to bring a dog as a pet.
• The park may ask you for a deposit before or upon arrival. You pay the deposit on site; this can only be done by debit card.
• Unfortunately, bookings for festival visits are not possible.
• To make your stay and that of others as pleasant as possible, we ask you to respect quiet in the evening, the privacy of other guests, and nature. By booking, you agree to this.
• Only dogs are allowed as pets. The dog must be kept on a leash both at the accommodation and on the entire grounds.

Then visit cosy Eindhoven, Weert or Hasselt, where you can also enjoy many restaurants and museums. For a magical day, go to the Efteling in Kaatsheuvel, with many fairy tales and attractions.

Het huis was netjes en schoon en goede faciliteiten in huis. Kwamen geen spullen tekort!(Het zijn 2 geschakelde huizen met tussendeur beneden en boven!)
Zelfs aan de honden is gedacht met bakken en kluifjes🐾
Was beetje jammer dat we niet half uur eerder het huis in konden, want de reis erheen ging vlotter dan verwacht. Maar verder net ontvangst.

De badkamers en de keuken waren zeer leuk en mooi.
Spijtig dat het extra druk was op de weg voor het huis door de oogst van de uien.

De zijstal is een comfortabel huis voor groepen. Dit huis zou prima een aantal aanpassingen kunnen doorvoeren voor mensen met een beperking. Er is ruimte voor een douche en toilet met aanpassingen voor midervaliden.
