This fantastically located ten-person holiday farm is located in beautiful Berg en Dal. If you are looking for a REALLY nicely located accommodation in a beautiful wooded area then you have come to the right place. In this beautiful environment you can enjoy nature, peace and space. If you prefer an active holiday, there are also plenty of options. For a long holiday or a weekend away, this holiday farm is the place to explore the Rijk van Nijmegen.
Ground floor:
Large storage room, separate toilet, spacious living room with large dining table and sitting area with TV, DVD player and radio, kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, four-burner stove, Senseo, filter coffee maker and a kettle. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together into a double bed).
Floor:
Four bedrooms, three with two single beds (can also be pushed together into a double bed) and a bedroom with one single bed. Bathroom with two sinks, bath and separate shower, two separate toilets.
Outside:
Lovely garden with a spacious terrace with garden furniture and a spacious orchard / lawn.
Parking is allowed around the house, except on the gravel.
Particularities
• Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 25 years.
• If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 19:00
• If your party is not a family group, the youngest guest must be at least 27 years old. This will be monitored by ID checks.
• Open fire is prohibited at this house due to the thatched roof.

The hilly Berg en Dal is centrally located in the so-called "Rijk van Nijmegen". Within a circumference of 15 km, you will find the versatility this region offers. The immediate surroundings include the lateral moraine, forests, rivers (Waal, Rijn and Maas), Ooijpolder, hills, the historic buildings of Nijmegen and various museums. Both on foot and by bike, you can explore the area perfectly. Its central location means you can be in the centre of Groesbeek, Nijmegen or the German border town of Wyler within five minutes by car. The surroundings of Berg en Dal offer a wide range of cycling and walking possibilities, shops, supermarkets, children's activities, restaurants, sports activities.
