Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a kitchenette, two sleeping areas and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - An entrance hall leading to a corridor with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and small bar with two stools - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Mezzanine - Double sofa bed, two single beds close together, TV and storage space For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 12 m² terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Porticcio beach 1 km away - Diving - Boating - Hiking - A shared private swimming pool with a bar (access to the pool subject to consumption at the bar) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport 10 min by car - Boats: Corsica ferries agency 18 minutes' drive away Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be paid to our local service provider). - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
