Paseo del Mar is a cool, spacious three bed apartment located in the centre of Javea Port. Overlooking a well known pedestrian street with its tapas bars and cafe´s, the apartment is a short meander away from La Grava pebbled beach and the pretty boutiques, restaurants and bars that are scattered around the Port.
Inside, the spacious lounge diner and separate kitchen make in-apartment evenings a pure delight. The comfy sofa and smart TV are perfect for an afternoon relax or movie night, and the small but perfectly formed balcony is just the spot to sip a chilled glass of Cava, or to read a good book.
There are two good size bedrooms and a single bedroom that offers plenty of space for the fifth guest. The Master bedroom has a 180 x 200cm Super King bed, whilst the other rooms offer 90 x 190cm individual beds. All mattresses are of superior quality and perfect for a good nights rest after a busy day on the beach! Both bathrooms have plenty of storage and heated towel rails.
Good to know: While the apartment doesn't come with its own parking space, there are two ample size Public Parking areas within a 5 minute walk of the property. Once parked, it's likely that you'll forget about your car until its time to go home!

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
