Discover the heart of the seaside town of Bremerhaven in our unique "Klaustermeyer" holiday flat, which offers spectacular insights into maritime life. Located on the 4th floor of the Columbus Centre, our flat covers almost 90m² and is the ideal retreat for up to 4 guests who want to experience the special flair of the North Sea coast. The unforgettable panoramic view of the "Havenwelten" and the Weser gives your stay a magical atmosphere.
Inside, the flat impresses with its well thought-out furnishings, which leave nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. In addition to two inviting bedrooms, there is an open-plan living area with kitchen that invites you to linger together. A washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use are available in the building and provide additional convenience during your stay. A dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle are also part of the equipment that will make your holiday pleasant and carefree.
The outdoor area is complemented by a terrace full of character that invites you to relax outdoors. Despite the central location in the heart of Bremerhaven, the terrace offers a personal retreat. Here you can end the day in peace, even if barbecues are not permitted on the terrace. The conservatory extends the living space and offers a bright and friendly place to linger even in less sunny weather.
The surroundings of the holiday flat could not be more charming. The lively centre of Bremerhaven is in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to stroll and explore. A grocery store for your daily needs is only 100 metres away. The beauty of the North Sea coast can be experienced with a short walk of just 700 metres to the coast and the beach. Here you have the opportunity to experience the maritime atmosphere up close and let your mind wander.

Absolut zentrale Lage mit Blick auf das Klimahaus,Schifffahrtmuseum und Weser.
Riiiiiiiiesiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (ALLES drin,auch eine Heißluftfr.) inkl. Empore mit Esstisch (leider wackelig) und Wintergarten. Tolle Terrasse.
ABER sehr abgeliebte/abgewohnte Wohnung mit klemmenden Türen ...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich einzigartig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich das Schifffahrtsmuseum, das Klima- und das Auswandererhaus sowie eine Outlet-Mall. Mit dem Aufzug kann man direkt ins Columbus-Einkaufszentrum hinunterfahren, wo sich u. a. ein Lebensmittel-Discounter, eine Bäckerei sowie viele weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants finden.
Die Wohnung selbst ist aber leider deutlich „in die Jahre gekommen“.
Laut Beschreibung lasse sie keinen Komfort missen. Das sehen wir anders: In den Schlafzimmern befindet sich kein Schrank, im kleineren Zimmer noch nicht einmal eine Kommode oder eine vernünftige Nachtkonsole. Als ich dort das Fenst...
