## Space
The 67m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a pretty building, in a quiet street, right in the pedestrian center of Annecy.
It is composed of a beautiful living room/kitchen area opening onto a pretty terrace above the river, two beautiful bedrooms (one with a double bed and bathroom, one with two single beds), an additional space with two beds simple rooms and a sauna, as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.
Also at your disposal, a TV, a dryer and washing machine, wifi and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious Savoyard dishes...!

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town and its pretty canals.
You benefit The property is 250 meters from Annecy Castle and the Palais de l'Ile. Also discover the Saint-François de Sales church (700 meters away) and the famous Pont des Amours which spans the lake (about 1 km away). ## Transit Direct access by car is not possible but parking is possible 300 meters away (public parking nearby - Sainte Claire). Annecy is located 50km from Geneva International Airport and 125km from Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport.
There are connections to Annecy by train and coach. - TGV connections: Paris-Annecy line. - TER connections: numerous Regional Express Trains connect Annecy to Lyon, Valence, Grenoble, Chambéry and Chamonix. Annecy SNCF station: information and reservations - Tel. : 36 35 ACCESS TO ANNECY BY HIGHWAY: - From Marseille, Lyon or Chambéry: A41 exit ANNECY CENTRE. - From Paris, Geneva or Bourg-en-Bresse: A41 Liane, exit ANNECY NORD. ## Interaction We remain available by email, text and telephone throughout your stay. #Notes We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival ;) You will also find a small welcome basket with something to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival.
