Apartment is located in a brand new building.

The apartment measures 49sqm. It comes with one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a double sofa bed available in the living room. The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped to test out your chef skills.

In case you are not in the mood for cooking, there are a couple of restaurants nearby. :) The bathroom is modern and fully functional filled with fresh towels and full amenities set. We also provide coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea. Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers. There are no shared areas in the building! The apartment is located in a quiet street in the brand new building, a few steps away from the most famous water park - Vitosha Boulevard. Cathedral Saint Aleksandar Nevski, Boyana Church Museum, Vitosha and other major attractions are easily accessible from the apartment.
