In Porticcio (Grosseto-Prugna), Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this heavenly, air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with jacuzzi, covering an area of 150 m² and accommodating up to 8 travelers.
It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll enjoy a 1,300 m² garden with tropical vegetation! Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 59 m² living room with sofa, armchair, coffee tables, TV... - A dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower and WC) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: double sofa bed - Bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron, fishing tackle, various games.... Outside : - Jacuzzi available all year round (sleeps 4) - A lovely 1,300 m² enclosed garden with lush, exotic vegetation, south-facing, summer kitchen, dining area and deckchairs - A 70 m² terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Porticcio, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: - Enjoy water sports and superb beaches. - Go hiking to discover the breathtaking scenery. - Don't miss a visit to Ajaccio to discover its history and culture. Transportation If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles). For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Ajaccio, about 16 km away (20 min by car) - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Campo Dell'Oro, approx. 14 km (15 min by car) Other remarks: - All accommodation is air-conditioned - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay - Access to the house is via a staircase or a steep slope. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Maison O Ciucciarella Villa très agréable petit soucis du à inaccessibilité pour les personnes ayant un handicap physique ( escalier sans rampe) et pas mentionné dans le descriptif. Chambres à l’étage.L’accès principal de la villa devrait être amélioré.
