It features a beautiful living room and a spacious bedroom, both with direct access to the terrace.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a laundry area with a wardrobe.
Modern shower room and separate toilets.
Private parking space located at the back of the building (note: narrow dimensions — Width: 2.15m x Length: 5.08m x Height: 1.82m).
For larger vehicles, a parking spot is available on Avenue de l’Amiral Courbet.

The keys are in a key box at the LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES

##Neighborhood
Nestled to the west of the famous Cap d'Antibes, the seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins reflects the gentle atmosphere of the Riviera. This small, popular town on the Côte d'Azur is home to many luxurious homes: the palaces, villas and luxury hotels face the Mediterranean and gardens emitting delicious Provençal scents. We can still see what this immense pine forest bordering fine sandy beaches might have been before transforming into a mythical seaside town frequented by the artistic elite over the ages. Today you can still enjoy its beautiful golden sand beaches or the privacy of its charming little coves.

Positive:
Alloggio molto ben curato e con tutti i confort, posizione eccellente.
Negative:
Gestione check in e check out, perché lontane da appartamento. In casa mancano le cose basilari, sapone mani (barattolo praticamente finito), carta igienica 1 rotolo per 4 persone.
