At L8 Graca 2Bdr Pool Castle View & Park, the living room balcony looks out over Lisbon and the castle hill. Set on the 4th floor in Graça, this 129 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.
There is also a private terrace and a second balcony off one bedroom, facing the garden and the Graça viewpoint. For a change of pace between city outings, enjoy the shared pool and gym in the condominium, or spend some time in the garden.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven and dishwasher for easy meals at home. Fast Wi-Fi and a workspace make it possible to keep up with work, while air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a dryer add convenience to longer stays. A cot and high chair are provided, as is a private garage.
A restaurant is approximately 130 m away, a subway station 320 m away and a supermarket 500 m away, all in straight-line distance. A car is not necessary for your stay.
Check-in is in person from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Pets, smoking, events and youth groups are not allowed. The apartment is rented under a temporary lease for special transitional purposes, for stays of up to 1 year.
