In the commune of Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, we offer this charming south-east-facing chalet with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort. It measures 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (ADSL connection), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- A 20 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the fine weather
1st floor
- A 37 m² living room with two sofas, pellet stove, dining area, balcony access, TV
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
- 12 m² south-facing balcony with table and chairs
2nd floor
- A mezzanine with children's area, TV, Wii games console and relaxation area
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 200 m² sloping garden, enclosed and private
The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, right in the centre of town, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities:
- Enjoy easy access on foot to the golf course and all the surrounding sports complex, offering first-class facilities.
- Hike the picturesque mountain trails, ideal for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.
- Relax on peaceful walks through enchanting landscapes, perfect for recharging your batteries!
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bolquère-Eyne, about 8 km away (13 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 91 km away (1h23 by car)
- Bus travel is possible in winter and summer.
Other notes:
- We advise you to take great care on the stairs, as they are steep. Please note that there is no children's gate to prevent access.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi (ADSL connection) available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Hebrard concierge services (shopping, breakfast, baby equipment hire, etc.) are available at an additional cost.
