Located just 50 meters from the beach this spacious new build (2019) luxury designed villa with wrap around terrace and views of the Mar Menor, is situated in the quite costal resort of Punta Brava, El Carmoli.
The villa is constructed on a plot of 750 m2 and has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a luxurious open-plan kitchen dining area
The elegantly decorated living space is bright and welcoming and surrounded by glass doors that open out onto the picturesque pool and garden. The vast living room space with a huge sofa and large smart TV then opens out into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a separate unity room next to this offering everything you would needed for your holiday stay.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is bright and airy and has doors that open out on to the garden. There is a spacious, contemporary bathroom/wet room just alongside it which has a toilet and walk-in shower.
The outside space of this villa is stunning there are a number of shaded areas perfect for family dinners and BBQ’s. The garden itself is tranquil, with many areas to relax, chill out and sunbath. The L shaped pool with its clean and sleek design is 15mtrs long by 3.5 mtrs wide. It has a water fountain, a shallow end with steps down into the pool for children and a separate Jacuzzi section at the far end approx. 2.5 mtrs square, with LED lighting.
The upstairs space of this villa is just as impressive as the downstairs. At the top of the stairs there is bright and airily hallway which has its own compact kitchen area with a fridge and small sink.

Just off of the landing there are 3 other bedrooms, a large spacious double with an en suite bathroom and walking in shower. It has beautiful views of the sea with patio doors open up on to a spacious section of the wraparound upstairs balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil vista of the Mar Menor.
The 3rd bedroom has a large double bed and is bright and airy with plenty of wardrobe space and beautiful views of the sea. The 4th bedroom is bright and modern it has a single bed and is spacious and stylishly decorated with a sofa bed and smart TV with international channels. Just off the hallway there is a large 3rd bathroom located between the 2 bedrooms which has a toilet and walk-in shower.
All the upstairs bedrooms have large sliding patio doors that open up on the wraparound balcony, from which you can take in the amazing views of the surrounding area. It is the perfect place for a family to have a relaxing holiday.
