The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Porticcio, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 50 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views.
Located on the first floor, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron. Outside : - A 50 m² enclosed garden including a terrace with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather. The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in an outdoor parking lot located on a plot reserved for the apartment. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Boat: Corsica Ferries agency 25 min away by car - Nearest airport: Ajaccio, about 20 min by car A car is essential for getting around the area. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Libertà "Agréable séjour, je vous recommande 👌🏻
🙂 L’appartement était très jolie et très propre à mon arrivé. Il y a tous les équipements utile. L’emplacement est idéal parceque il y a une superbe vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio, avec le couché de soleil ! Et il est à côté de la plage (à pieds) et des commerces.
Isabelle et Thierry sont super sympa et arrangeant 😉"

Libertà "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Isabelle et Thierry nous ont très bien accueillis et conseillés, ils ont été très réactifs dans tous nos échanges.
La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le barbecue. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire autour de Porticcio et Ajaccio, l’endroit est idéal pour des vacances inoubliables."
