Cocoonr agency offers for rent this charming air-conditioned flat in a quiet location 500 metres from the most beautiful beaches of Juan-les-Pins and a 15-minute walk from Antibes city centre, with a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 3 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom.
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A bright 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and balcony access - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), large wardrobe and access to terrace - A bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A 6m² terrace, facing south-east, with lighting, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather - A patio shared by the whole property The flat is ideally located in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
Just 5 minutes' walk from the Gould pine forest, this flat is in a lively area all year round, with many local shops: a bakery ideal for croissants and hot bread for breakfast, a butcher's, delicatessen and delicatessen offering excellent prepared dishes, numerous boutiques, the restaurants of Juan-les-Pins and Old Antibes, several supermarkets... Activities : - Sightseeing: Antibes old town, Port Vauban, Musée Picasso, Parc de la Pinède, Villa Thuret botanical gardens, Fort Carré, Notre-Dame-de-la-Platéa cathedral... - Walks along the coastal path, cruises around Cap d'Antibes or to the Lérins islands. - Provencal market, golf, tennis, thalassotherapy... plenty of ways to make the most of your stay! - In summer, the beaches offer all kinds of water sports: jet-skiing, flyboarding, diving, kitesurfing, kayaking... and you can hire boats (with or without a licence)! - You can discover the main towns on the Côte d'Azur (Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Saint-Paul de Vence) and in Italy (Vingtimille, San Remo, Bordighera), all easily accessible by train.
