Renovated former farmhouse in a peaceful rural setting, 10 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (with a beach open in summer), 13 km from Grand Lieu Lake, and 24 km from Nantes (adjoining another 2-person gîte).
Private parking on site.
Terrace and enclosed 200 m² garden (east-facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms accessible by one step (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together), shower room, and separate WC.
First floor: two bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together), shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair on request, electric car charging point.
Included: bed linen and firewood.
Not included: electricity, underfloor heating (air source heat pump), towels, end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory for business travelers and if pets are present - €80), and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome free of charge (deposit €100 per pet - pets are not allowed in the sleeping area).

Le logement est très sympathique et pratique pour 2 couples avec enfants (chacun son espace, au rdc et à l'étage). il est au calme et de nombreux chemins de randonnées sont accessibles, ce qui est très agréable.

Belle rénovation, moderne (chauffage par le sol, cuisine équipée, machine à laver)
Un étendoir à linge pour compléter la machine à laver serait topissime.
