Information about the host
The chalet is located in a quiet green area opposite the swimming pool sports centre, less than 200m from the gondola lift. The chalet enjoys uninterrupted views of the Dents du Midi and is ideally located close to all amenities (free shuttle bus stop, restaurants, supermarket, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis court, tourist office).
The chalet comprises a large living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a large courtyard on the Berneuse side and a large terrace and garden on the south side. There's a trampoline, a swing and a tree house for the little ones to enjoy.
The chalet also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Parties, subletting and noise pollution are prohibited.
If the capacity of the chalet is not reached and you wish to invite acquaintances, please contact the owner in advance. Additional guests can pay separately during their stay.
There is a manual in the living room for lighting the fireplace. If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact the owner.
On the day of your departure:

Please leave the fridge, oven and all used appliances in good condition.
The rubbish bin is 50m from the 'Télécabine Berneuse' bus stop.

Description of the accommodation
5-room chalet (125 m2) on 2 levels sleeping up to 9 people.
Ground floor: dining room, fully-equipped functional kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fondue set, raclette oven). Entrance hallway, spacious lounge with table football and fireplace, two bathrooms (WC, bathtub, washbasin and WC, shower, washbasin) and a small bedroom with double bed and access to a furnished terrace.
1st floor: One bathroom (WC, bathtub, washbasin). A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a view of the Dents-du-Midi, a 2nd bedroom with a 120cm bed and access to a balcony. A 3rd bedroom with a queen-size double bed and another queen-size double bed in the niche.
The chalet also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A large garage doubles as a ski or bike room. There are also two parking spaces.
