The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with lift) of a residence in the 2006 Winter Olympic Village in Sestriere.
It is right next to the slopes, making it an ideal base for 4 people for a holiday at any time of year. The apartment features a stylish, contemporary living room with a large glass door leading to a private balcony offering stunning mountain views.
The living room includes a sofa, coffee table, sideboard, and flat-screen HD TV.
The dining table seats 4 people.
The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, and fridge.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, while the living room has a sofa bed.
The spacious, tiled bathroom includes a shower, basin, bidet, and WC. The apartment is located in the center of the resort of Sestriere, close to ski lifts and a shuttle bus.
Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging, and snowshoeing.
In the summer, visitors can enjoy mountain biking, tennis, rafting, golf, horse riding, and swimming.
Luna Park, an activity center near the apartment, offers stunt biking, skateboarding, and roller skating.
For relaxation, visitors can visit Le Sorgenti del Mendia spa in Pragelato, a 15-minute drive away.
