Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 6 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Cinema, library - Bondy woods 300 m away - Walk along the Canal de l'Orque 200 m away - In summer, the town installs an artificial beach along the Canal de l'Orque, and organises boat trips in Paris across the Canal de l'Orque to the Cité de Science.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare de Bondy, about 3 minutes' drive away. - Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, about 26 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett, man kann ihn schnell erreichen. Man hört die Nachbarn nicht. Der Gebaude ist ganz neu.

The apartment was very nice a one bedroom with a sofa bed, perfect for our needs. The area is a bit run down in certain areas but nice enough where the apt was and a walking distance to the train and about 30 minutes train ride into Paris. We rented scooters to go back and forth. An excellent price for a nice, clean place, which even had a small balcony.
