Situated in a popular private residential area, it’s a 25-minute walk to Sitges’ bustling center and beautiful beaches.
Villa Giovanna is located in the highly popular and private residential area of Vallpineda, close to Sitges town.
A major feature of the villas is the beautiful 9m x 3m swimming pool offering amazing views across Sitges and the deep blue Mediterranean sea.

Also on this level is the stylish living area with wall-to-wall sliding doors leading out to the pool and chill-out area.
The living room has two large and comfortable sofas, a large TV with local channels and a coffee table.
The dining area has elegant lighting and a table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests.
This area also leads directly out to the pool and terrace area.
First Level On this level are three good-sized and stylish double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and some with terrace and sea views.
Lower Level From the dining area on the main floor there are stairs leading down to the lower level of the villa where there is a small bedroom with 2 beds which can also be arranged as double bed and a bathroom opposite.
This level also has access to the garage.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Double bed and wardrobe, located on the main entrance level with ensuite and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 – Master suite with built in wardrobes and ensuite.
Bedroom 3 – Double or twin beds with steps up to ensuite and terrace to the front.
Bedroom 4 – Double or twin beds and wardrobe, with two wall hung single beds and ensuite.
Depending on your requirements, this room can be converted into a double, triple or quadruple room.

Around the pool there is plenty of room for sunbathing and chilling out.
There is a dining area at the end of the terrace with a large table for up to 12 guests providing the perfect space for al-fresco dining.
A large electric blind can cover this area to provide shade and also makes this area completely private.
The villa features two large terraces.
One at the front of the villa that overlooks the entrance area and the road.
This is a spacious terrace that enjoys plenty of sunshine.
The other terrace overlooks the pool area and offers amazing sea views.The pool area and the side gardens can be accessed via the front of the villa or directly from the living room and dining room.
There is a driveway that provides secure off-street parking for up to 3 cars and there is also free on-street parking at the front of the villa with no permits required.

I booked the villa for a group of 10 friends, we had a great time. The villa was lovely and it had everything we needed for a fun time. The location of the villa was fine for us however it would be difficult to get into Sitges for anyone with mobility problems.
