This luxurious 7-bedroom home combines modern style with comfort, perfect for families, groups, or business stays.

The spacious lounge features a 65" Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
Ideally located in Solihull, just minutes from the NEC, Birmingham Airport, and Resorts World â your perfect base for work or leisure. Access is via check in instructions an lockbox Photo ID is required as part of the reservation process, this is done via our secure platform and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation. Please note, a refundable deposit of £350 will be taken for weekend bookings.
This will be refunded on checkout if the property is left in a satisfactory condition, with no evidence of parties. For third party bookings please contact us directly before booking or your booking may be refused We welcome pets with an additional fee please contact us when booking. NOTE: Setting up 2 single beds in a bedroom is available upon request.

A cleaning fee of £600 applies if smoking occurs indoors.
Smoking of illegal substances inside or outside the property is prohibited Guest Limits Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

The refrigerator had an awful smell. Contacted the property manager, and was told someone would come out to clean it. Never happened. Had to dismantle the shelves ourselves and clean out the spoiled rotten milk. The smell never went away. The second floor had clearly not been vacuumed. The railing ...
