It's ideally located just a few minutes from the BEACH and is perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Located on 5th floor without lift, my apartment is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
The BALCONY offers a VIEW on the SEA and you will be able to take advantage of the outside furniture to take your dinners.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, washing machine, microwave, oven.
The advantage of my accommodation is that it is close to the sea.
So you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in front of the water.
Also enjoy the beach to read, ride a bike, do sports ...
Moreover, for beach activities and games, you will find the STAGNONE at 7-min walk from your home.
With its location, you will not be able to miss the must-sees of Calcatoggio and do activities to enjoy your vacation: -For boat trips, water sports, exploring the Liscia river and the Lava stream and visiting the Scandola, Piana and Girolata reserves, ORCINO CROISIÈRES and EVENT'S SENSATION are 4 min drive and 12 min walk from the apartment respectively. -If you are a fan of skydiving, paragliding, water-skiing and jet-skiing, choose CORSIC'S ADVENTURE which is 12 min away. -For tours by car or mountain bike, the San Bastiano Pass is 10 minutes away by car or 19 minutes away by bike. -The Tower of Ancona is 9 minutes away by bike and the Tourist Office is 3 minutes away by foot.
For your daily shopping, you will find a SPAR at 7 min walking distance.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike.

Di non essere informato prima del pagamento che l'appartamento era al 5 piano e con gli ultimi 2piani con le scale a chiocciola e esterne. E troppo piccola per 3persone. Quindi siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l'appartamento anche senza avere nessun riscon...
