Located on the 1st floor with elevator and air conditioning, it includes
- a room with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking;
- and a shared swimming pool available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: coffee machine, microwave, TV, iron, washing machine, fridge, terrace, dishwasher, parking, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The apartment is very well located
- close to many restaurants and bars;
- 3 minutes walk from a SPAR supermarket for your daily shopping;
- 5 minutes walk from the Jardin des Corailleurs;
- 15 minutes walk from Beaurivage Beach;
- 5 minutes by car from the city centre where you will find everything you need.
Also discover the charms of Saint-Raphaël: coastal trails, coves, health trails, hiking, etc.

Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the different harbours and the beaches. The city stretches over 36 kilometres of coastline and offers 30 fine sandy or pebble beaches, from the city centre to the confines of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of nautical activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks by the water, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Jardin Bonaparte.

Positive:
L'emplacement est idéal et la résidence est très bien entretenu, sécurisée et propre.
La conciergerie très disponible et sympathique. L'appartement très propre, bien équipé et une vue sur mer très agréable.
Globalement....!! Parfait..!!!
Negative:
Peut-être un peu bruyant car proche de la route...mais pas vraiment gênant.

Modern. Well equipped. Good air con. Good pool. Underground car park with allocated space.
Negative:
The car park remote control broke. It was rectified within an hour but we couldn’t get out of the car park during that time.
