We’re delighted to welcome you to our charming and much-loved cottage, located in the heart of Coventry – just a 10-minute walk from the Coventry Building Society Arena (Ricoh Arena). Whether you're here for a concert, sporting event, or simply to explore the area, our cottage is the perfect base.



Comfortable & Flexible Accommodation
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy double bedroom, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
Downstairs, the open-plan living area includes a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating two additional guests.



The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and electric grill – everything you need for a comfortable, self-catered stay.
There’s also a TV and Wi-Fi for your convenience and entertainment.



The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh linen and towels are provided to make your stay even more enjoyable.



A Few Extras to Make You Feel at Home:
🥐 A continental breakfast is included in the price – a perfect way to start your morning with ease.
🍷 You can also enhance your stay with our optional Welcome Box, featuring a selection of snacks and a small bottle of both red and white wine – available for just £40.



🐾 We’re Pet-Friendly!
Your furry friends are very welcome too. We charge a flat fee of £20 per stay for pets.



🕒 Need a bit more time on check-out day?
We offer a late check-out option until 1:00 PM for an additional £20 – perfect if you'd like a more relaxed departure. Just let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
