This spacious holiday villa is located in Haspengouw, Belgium's fruit region.
The attractively furnished house is ideal for a cozy family holiday and features a large garden.
You can relax by the swimming pool, hot tub, or sauna while the children have fun on the trampoline and play equipment.
Please note that the pool is not heated at night when temperatures are below 12 degrees.
Enjoy the peace during your well-earned holiday in this beautiful region! The Haspengouw region is famous for its orchards, especially in spring when blossoms bloom.
Many walking and cycling routes lead you through these orchards.
A 15-minute drive from the holiday home, you will find Belgium's oldest city, Tongeren.
Visit the basilica and the Gallo-Roman museum to learn more about this city's rich Roman history.
Also, visit Borgloon, where several nature art installations exist, such as the 'see-through church.' On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 18:00 hours at this holiday home. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. Rozestraten - de Groot
Freundlicher Besitzer, schönes und sauberes Haus. Die Moskitonetze und Fensterläden waren definitiv ein Plus. Der Pool war sehr praktisch, da es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war. Ventilatoren waren vorhanden. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Obstbäumen.

Vriendelijke eigenaar, mooi en schoon huis. De horren en rolluiken waren zeker een pluspunt. Het zwembad kwam goed van pas aangezien het erg warm was tijdens ons verblijf. Ventilatoren zijn aanwezig. Mooie omgeving met veel fruitbomen.
