Super-cute townhouse situated in a peaceful residential zone on the edge of Tavira Town. The interior decor is fresh and contemporary, offering superb family accommodation complimented by fabulous panoramic mountain, town and ocean vistas. Outside areas are neat and tidy with a small pool, grassy zone, and al-fresco dining, all enclosed allowing children to play safely. A 20-minute walk takes you to the town brimming with charming cafes and restaurants, and a lovely Beach Island.
Casa Alfazema is a little gem! The interior has been recently refurbished with a fresh and clean design. But its modest welcome is completely beaten by the stunning vistas overlooking Tavira . These have to be the best views in the area!
LIGHT AND CONTEMPORARY INTERIOR
From the main entrance you are welcomed into a bright interior, beautifully appointed with white and grey furnishings and contrasting wall decorations, In this super open plan space, a comfy sofa invites you to sit and relax in front of the flat screen smart tv, or lean out towards the small poolside patio and take a sundowner! Meanwhile, tucked away at the rear of the room, an elegant oak dining table creates the perfect spot for delicious suppers. The adjoining kitchen is a complete joy. Beech-wood worktops and white cabinets create a pleasant catering experience, complemented by a selection of appliances and gadgets, perfect for any budding holiday chef! For convenience, a guest bathroom is also located on this level.
SECOND LEVEL
Take the staircase where 2 bright bedrooms await. The simple and bright furnishings create a super relaxation zone, in particular, the master bedroom - perfect for couples - enjoys its own private shower room and the stunning viewa which stretch form ocean to mountain. Along the upper hallway, a seperate bathroom is available for guests in the second bedroom, located at the rear of the house and offering 2 single beds – ideal for children.
OUTSIDE SPACE / POOL
The house offers several outside spaces. Directly by the kitchen is a small shady spot amongst the garden shrubbery surrounding the house, providing solace and shade for those who wish to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Meanwhile at the poolside there is a pergola with large dining table and chairs, ideal for lazy lunches and evening dining. However, the super treat with house is the cute swimming pool, installed to ensure guests can enjoy the sun and the views, whist keeping cool and fresh – and also a great place for kids to splash around!

This is a super place for a young family to enjoy a modern house with comfortable facilities, and a cute pool, all near to the superb town of Tavira and all the local beaches on offer. A real gem.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The house is on a lower ground level, accessed by stairs only. There are also steps inside from living rooms to upper bedrooms. Car parking is on street, not allocated, but is plentiful and without any charge

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Lovely house from the first day. Nice location, beautiful views over Tavira and the sea, clean and a wonderful neighborhood in a flowery area. Nice big and bright house Everything was thought of in the house, even the toys for the smallest residents. The house felt like a home to us. All staff very helpful, compliments!!
