After a wonderful day, a fully equipped modern kitchen awaits you in our holiday home, where you will want for nothing to prepare a delicious breakfast, tasty lunch or a hearty snack, which you can enjoy in the adjoining dining room in a cosy atmosphere. This room is also ideal for cosy games evenings.

The living room has a large living area that invites you to spend a cosy evening watching TV after an eventful day, to pick up a good book, to use the internet access or simply to relax in the large oasis of well-being. The living room has air conditioning, so it promises a pleasant cool-down on many a hot day.

The sofa can also be converted into an extra bed so that you can spend a weekend together, the turn of the year or simply a time with friends.

On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 2x2 metres and one with a box-spring bed 1.40 x 2 metres. There is a spacious wardrobe in each bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with fly screens and air conditioning, so you can look forward to a quiet and comfortable night.

A well-equipped bathroom with double washbasin, toilet and shower and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer are also located on the upper floor.

Outside there is a lawn area, a covered seating area with garden furniture and a Weber kettle barbecue

The property is fully fenced.

Experience a stress-free and relaxing holiday in a lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of Rheinhessen.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of a small wine village and has a separate entrance.

Outside, you can park your car in a small courtyard, where there is also a wallbox if you are travelling with an electric car.

Storage facilities for bicycles are also available, and there are two charging points for batteries in the corridor area behind the front door.

You can set off on foot or by bike directly from the holiday home and be on your way between fields and vineyards in just a few minutes. Most of the paths are paved and you can decide at any time in which direction and to which interesting signposted point you want to go.

Here in the village you will find a wine bar where you can enjoy a good glass of wine as well as one or two specialities.

Our region has some regional culinary surprises in store, such as Backesgrumbeere, Zwiwwelkuche and much more.

Many of our wineries and the local winegrowers' co-operative are sure to tempt you to pay a visit or even enjoy a little wine tasting.

You will also find a hairdresser, a small pizzeria and a riding stable here in the village.

In the town of Alzey, approx. 3 km away, you will find doctors, pharmacies and a hospital. A wide range of restaurants, shopping facilities and an attractive townscape invite you to visit.

Our town has a railway station where you can travel to Mainz, Worms or Bingen at hourly intervals.

The A61 and A63 motorways are just a few kilometres away, allowing you to explore many sights within a radius of around 1 hour. Be it a boat trip on the Rhine, forest hikes, castle tours and much more.

We would not only be delighted to welcome you, but also to be able to offer you a small but perhaps unforgettable holiday in our holiday home.

An advance payment of 25% will be charged after booking.

The remaining payment is to be made in cash on site.

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 25% of the total price.

You can arrive between 15:00 and 24:00. Departure is possible until 10:00 am.

Other arrival and departure times can be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us in good time if necessary.

The keys are handed over personally on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

When using the wallbox, consumption is recorded via a separate electricity meter and billed on the day of departure.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.

Pets are not allowed.

Our holiday home is a non-smoking house.

You can arrive between 3:00 p.m. and midnight. Departure is possible until 10:00 a.m.

Other arrival and departure times can be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us in good time if required.
