- Rufford Old Hall – a stunning Tudor house with beautiful gardens, only a 7-minute drive.
- Burscough Wharf – a vibrant area with cafes, artisan shops, and markets, about 5 minutes away.
- Southport Beach – approximately 25 minutes by car, great for a seaside day out.
- Liverpool – 40 minutes drive, offering museums, the famous Beatles history, and excellent shopping.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out is 10am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.

Can we bring our pets? Yes you can. We love pets :-). Is there space for us to park our car?
Absolutely! There is plenty of space to park at the property. If you have an electric vehicle you can charge at good rates too. Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property isn’t suitable for parties, (unless we are invited).
