Charming apartment at the sea front, with directly access to the sea and to the rock beaches, surrounded by a beautiful meditteranean garden.
You can relax on terraces by the sea or in beaches in every moment.
You can swim in the sea whenever you want. The apartment is one of four apartment located in a historic building in 1914 and lovingly restored with private access to the sea.
The property is about 10 minutes walk from the town, a fishing port full of tourist attractions and summer port for ferries to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with double sofa bed and access to a large covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and a balcony with a spectacular view of the bay. The apartment is complete with linens and everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi.
Guests have free access to the beaches and the garden. with their terrace by the sea. A parking space is available in the garden. authorized permit for the restricted traffic zone.
Allows entry into the restricted traffic area.
Free long-term parking in areas adjacent to the apartment and transit allowed for the duration of the stay. There are extra cost in addition to the cost of the stay.
Cleaning fee of €50,00 is due at check-in.
During Summer season could active the LimitedTraffic Zone (ZTL Pilarella varco 2).
It is possible to have the pass.
Its cost is 10,00.
From January 2024, a municipal tax of €2 per person per day is due for a maximum of 7 days.

Location was perfect. There were several additional add on cost, cleaning at 50 eu, highest we paid for any of our italy vrbo, and wasnt overly clean. Bought all drinking water as that was in question. There were no bikes or kayaks as shown on advertisement, were told we could rent them in the to...

Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung bzw. Grundstück sehr wohl. Einmalige ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Im September war es natürlich viel ruhiger und beschaulicher als sicher in der Hochsaison. Wir konnten noch im Meer baden und unternahmen einige Ausflüge in der Maremma.
Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen.

ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr ruhige Sackgasse. Trotzdem ist der Hafen mit allen Lokalen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wanderweg beginnt direkt am Grundstück.
Die Haustechnik des Hauses ist auf dem modernsten Stand, Heizung und Warmwasser sind top
