The hilltop stone-made house is a splendid property immersed in the nature.
The villa is composed of 4 apartments, so to stay together and have privacy.
-4 dining rooms with fully equipped kitchens,
-1 big living room;
-4 double bedrooms;
-1 twin bedroom;
-1 bedroom for 4 pax;
-4 bathrooms;
-4 comfortable double sofa beds;
-terraces, patios and balconies with a stunning view of the green valleys and hills, furnished for outside dining while admiring the breathtaking landscape.
The house, dominating the underlying valleys and hills, is surrounded by 12 hectares of olive groves and boasts a stunning panorama of the idyllic countryside. The property is completely fenced and has an automatic gate.
All around the house, there is a large grass garden with roses, lounge areas, dining areas with BBQ and the wood to burn is provided.
The fantastic poolside with a stunning view has sun loungers and umbrellas included in the price.
The location is extraordinary beautiful and peaceful. It's amazing both for relaxing and for sightseeing the region and the most important Italian cities (Rome, Florence) since it stands just at the very center of Italy (the green heart!).

Der Aufenthalt war genial. Eine wundervolles abgelegenes Haus, dass perfekte für meinen Verein und mich war. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und uns wurde auch erklärt, was man in dieser Region machen bzw. anschauen kann. Jedoch die Zufahrt zu der Villa ist abenteuerlich. Aber dafür können die Besitzer nichts.
Ich kann die Villa nur an alle weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons été surpris par la beauté du site ( la vue , le logement , le jardin , la terrasse couverte... ) . Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer mais aussi pour visiter les magnifiques villages aux alentours.
Nous avons passé une semaine magique et nous reviendrons certainement

Terrific location, comfortable & relaxing. Unfortunately a number of aspects detracted from the quality of a delightful place. Kitchen was very poorly equipped & many basic items were not provided e.g. simple cleaning materials, rubbish bags, chopping board, serving utensils, wine glasses etc etc. The table was broken & wobbly, kitchen lighting terrible. Poor value for money.
