-Little studio-flat (about 30 square meters) is in the core of Montepulciano, in the middle of art and restaurant streets but yet in a quiet zone.
-This little studio offers a unique stay in a mixed style decorated place that matches local tradition architecture such as beamed wood ceiling and large use of local pieces of art and wood with world wide one.
-Newly renovated and well equipped is placed at the ground floor. According to the histories and legends of my grandparents and elder locals, this place was once rented by a young priest who was hosting here artists and traveler...
-It is very close to the main old attractions, museums, art shops, wine cellars and Theater as well main square...
-There is a beautiful mosaic shower, a sofa bed, a small kitchenette (table, removeable hotplate, kettle, kitchenware) and a small iron double bed of 195x140cm that is confortable for the majority of people but may be a bit small for larger guests, free fiber wi fi.
-The kitchenette is enough for meals but not the same of a full kitchen. There are hangers, shelves and a little open wardrobe.
