L'appartamento, al 3° piano su 3, é disposto su 2 piani, dispone di 11 posti letto suddivisi in 5 stanze (2 matrimoniali, 1 doppia, 1 singola ed 1 tripla), e 3 bagni finestrati, uno con doccia e due con vasca da bagno. Ampio salone con tavolo per 10 persone, e cucina separata con piccolo tavolo per 3 persone. Al secondo piano anche un piccolo spazio relax con una comoda poltrona direttamente sotto ad una finestra Velux. Ci sono poi 2 balconi con vista sulle Dolomiti, ed 1 o 2 posti auto sotto casa. Completamente arredato, sono a disposizione degli ospiti tutti i più importanti elettrodomestici: frigo, freezer, Tv Led 40" , forno, forno microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, lettore DVD).
La casa è molto spaziosa, il divano accoglie comodamente 6-7 persone, il tavolo in soggiorno ha spazio fino a 10 persone, in 8 si mangia comodamente. Il riscaldamento è autonomo, suddiviso in 4 zone nella casa. In estate il climatizzatore non serve mai, la notte è sempre fresco, e di giorno si sta bene! Uno dei tanti motivi per trascorrere le settimane più calde dell'anno in montagna!

2) don't go inside with ski boots or dirty mountain shoes.
3) use only the water you really need: don't waste it, think at the environment.
4) take out all the rubbish before you leave.
5) enjoy the house like it was yours, care about it like it was yours.
WIFI INFORMATION: Wifi is free , you can find the password behind the white wifi case (behind television).
Before departure please be sure to do the following:
- Take out all the trash to the dumpster (differentiated collection: paper, glass+steel, plastic, humid (wet waste)).
- Strip the beds, place all dirty linens on the used bed
- Load and run the dishwasher.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- Set to 7 °Celsius all the 4 thermostats in the house (1 is in the upper floor).
- Lock all doors and close all windows.
- Turn off all the lights.
- Give the keys back to the person in charge.

The location of the home is excellent. A short walk into town which is important during busy season. House was in decent condition but some oddities such as a slipcover on the couch which was messy and lightweight rugs covering the floors with no pads so slid around constantly.
