IMPORTANT: Given the times in which they have been faced with a number of customers higher than those of the reservation, we inform customers that in case you have to show up in front of the house in this way, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE STRUCTURE, we are the neighbors and we always open and we will see this situation at the moment. For example, if you book for 2 people but show up in front of the house in 3,4,5 or 6 people, the booking will be canceled immediately even if you are already in front of the gate, as the price is different and for a matter of organizing the beds and in general of the structure, we will not be able to satisfy the reservation.

Se prenotate per 2 ad esempio ma vi presentate in 3,4,5 o 6, si procederà alla cancellazione della prenotazione sul momento anche se doveste essere già di fronte al cancello, in quanto il prezzo è diverso e per una questione di organizzazione di letti e in generale della struttura, non potremo soddisfare la prenotazione. Vi diamo il benvenuto in una graziosa villa al centro di Fiumicino, dove potrete trovare facilmente bar, negozi ed il mercato il sabato. A soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto con il taxi, a 30 minuti da Roma con il taxi, a 10 minuti dai famosi scavi di ostia antica con il taxi. Entrata indipendente, veranda con cucina indipendente e barbecue, doccia in muratura esterna. Salotto con angolo cottura.
Colazione non fornita (in quanto appartamento)
Una dolcissima amaca al centro del giardino che vi cullerà per un dolcissimo riposo.
Accesso ad un grande giardino con veranda dove potrete tranquillamente organizzare cene e pranzi estivi con un fantastico barbecue in pietra. Cucina esterna indipendente. Nella parte posteriore della casa sono presenti fili per appendere i panni ed una doccia esterna deliziosa (io personalmente una volta dentro non vorrei piu' uscire :) . Accederete ad una villa di 75 mq , entrata indipendente , totalmente autonoma, nel caso in cui abbiate bisogno di noi siamo nella casa di fianco (e non verremo mai a disturbarvi ne accederemo alla vostra villa. Nella stanza comune di 16 mq troverete l'angolo cucina con tutto l'occorrente per rendervi autonomi , con annesso televisore 40" ed un comodissimo divano letto che si trasforma in 5 secondi netti in un letto matrimoniale. Nel piccolo corridoio all'entrata troverete l'angolo ristoro con bollitore e microonde.
Vi sentirete in famiglia!
Io , mio padre Michele e mia madre Enza siamo persone estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi vostra richiesta o aiuto.
Non amiamo mettere in conto le spese di pulizia (la offriamo noi), in cambio chiediamo che la casa venga lasciata in modo decoroso nel rispetto degli ospiti che verranno nei giorni a seguire.
e' severamente vietato organizzare feste, cene compleanni con troppe persone (la struttura non e' idonea) addii al celibato/nubilato.

We welcome you in a pretty house in the center of Fiumicino, where you can easily find bars, shops and a market on Saturday. Just 5 minutes from the airport by taxi, 30 minutes from Rome by taxi, 10 minutes from the famous ancient ostia excavations by taxi. Independent entrance, veranda with independent kitchen and barbecue, outdoor shower. Living room with kitchen. Maximum availability for transportation from the airport by car if requuested at booking.
Access to a large garden with veranda where you can easily organize dine in summer with a fantastic stone barbecue. Independent outdoor kitchen. In the back of the house there are wires to hang clothes and a delightful outside shower (I personally once inside I would not go out anymore :).
You will come to a 75 sqm house, independent entrance, totally autonomous, if you need us we are in the house near yours (and we will never be disturbe you and we will not come never to your house.)
In the living room of 16 sqm you will find the kitchen with everything you need to make it stand alone, with a 40" TV and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into 5 seconds in a double bed.
In the small corridor at the entrance you will find a kettle and microwave.
A sweet hammock in the center of the garden that will let you sleep very well :D
You will feel at home!

We do not like to make you pay for the cleaning costs (we offer it), in return we ask that the house be left in a condition in respect to the next guests who will come in the next days after you live.
IMPORTANTE: il self check in e' disponibile, nel caso desideriate farne uso o non fossimo a casa in quel momento, "E' STRETTAMENTE NECESSARIO, inviare foto dei documenti (carta d'identita' o patente , fronte e retro , o passaporto per ricevere il codice del tastierino del cancello , altrimenti non saremo in grado di fornirvelo) e verrà verificato in presenza la veridicita' dei documenti con contatto diretto :) .
IMPORTANTE 2: Purtroppo dopo alcuni episodi di ritardo nel checkout si sono creati problemi organizzativi per la struttura. Vi chiediamo di lasciare l'appartamento entro e non oltre le ore 9:30, in quanto il servizio di pulizie inizierà in ogni caso a pulire casa.
Purtroppo il servizio di pulizie è solo disponibile dalle ore 10:00 alle 12:00.
IMPORTANT: Self Check in is available if we are not at home, if you choice the self check in or we are not at home for welcome you at the moment is "NECESSARY to provide a photo of all passports trough the messages, or we will not able to provide the access code of the gate"
IMPORTANT 2: Unfortunately, after some episodes of late checkout, organizational problems arose for the structure. And
we ask you to leave the apartment no later than 9.30 am, as the cleaning service will start cleaning the house in any case.
Unfortunately the cleaning service is only available from 10:00 to 12:00.

David was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, including information about local restaurants and ensuring we were all set up for transportation to the airport. The home was so lovely including the outdoor area that felt like an oasis.

David was a wonderful host, he had great communication. The apartment was great, it was very clean, very neat and well decorated. The bedding was very clean. The apartment has Two bathrooms with showers, Nice . The front yard is very nice with an amazing outdoor kitchen with grill and plenty of seating!! for a private place to hang out in Rome look no further !! Good WiFi too!!!

David is great. Very professional, kind, and accommodating. He even brought a blanket that my daughter left behind. Highly recommended. Property is immaculate and convenient to the airport. Dining was excellent, all a short walk. Thank you!
