Take a break and regenerate yourself in this oasis of peace in the heart of the centre, in a newly renovated penthouse located in a unique position and relax while enjoying a drink, sunbathing and dining outdoors on a magnificent terrace of over with a view over the roofs and the Ghirlandina. You will have also at your disposal the panoramic condominium terrace over 50 mt. You will live in Piazza Pomposa, in the most suggestive and enchanting corner of the city.
This beautiful loft has a unique terrace where you can sunbathe, dine while contemplating the Ghirlandina and the roofs of the city. This residence, one of a kind, has been completely renovated, you will enter a large entrance, through a vertical boiserie you will find the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, two ovens, double fridge; the living area with a large sofa, a technical-laundry room and a magnificent terrace overlooking the Ghirlandina and the roofs of Modena. In the sleeping area you will sleep in a large double bedroom with a private terrace and ceilings with 17th century wooden beams. You will find another bedroom with a bunk bed with en suite mosaic shower. Upstairs, a 50m2 condominium terrace awaits you, where you can sunbathe, dine and enjoy an aperitif.
The penthouse is on the third and a half floor, there is no elevator. The stairs are wide and comfortable and if you need help carrying your suitcases, I will be personally present to give you a hand both at check-in and at check-out.

this was such a lovely flat - would the weather had been kinder to us so we could eat on one of the terraces - next time! Alberto is a hugely responsive host - replies immediately to any message - and has furnished the flat thoughtfully and attractively. It's right in the middle of town but quiet and peaceful - a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommended.

What a great location in Modena - quiet but a 2 minute walk from the markets and nightlife. The apartment is fabulous, modern and charming at the same time.
Our host, Alberto, made a wonderful week even smoother. Nothing was a problem, from sending details to all the car museums to bringing us an extension lead. We will be back.

2nd of 2 properties where we stayed with this host. He went out of his way not just with the apartments but also to help us enjoy our stay. We need to go back in more seasonal weather to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces -- including a spacious private terrace.
