Welcome to I Gigli del Belvedere, an exclusive private Italian Villa overlooking the breathtaking waters of Lake Bolsena, in the heart of Italy!

The entire estate is reserved exclusively for your group, nobody live there and so offering privacy, comfort and plenty of space for everyone.
The retreat is arranged in four independent apartments, everyone in the same building, giving every family or couple the opportunity to enjoy their own private space while sharing the wonderful common areas, pool and gardens with the rest of the group.
With total 10 double bedrooms all with air conditioning inside, 8 bathrooms and accommodation for up to 24 guests, I Gigli is particularly suited to:

THE PRICE SHOWN REFERS TO EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY WITH 3 OF THE 4 APARTMENTS (fourth apartment closed)
For exclusive use of all 4 apartments, the price also varies depending on the season. Please do not hesitate to ask us for a personalized quote — we will reply promptly.
3 apartments: up to a maximum of 16 guests
4 apartments: up to a maximum of 24 guests
Electricity / air conditioning: included up to 20 kWh per day; any additional consumption is charged at €0.50 per kWh.
Gas: consumption is included during June, July and August. In the other months, gas consumption is included up to 2 m³ per day; any additional consumption is charged at €5 per m³.
Final cleaning: €12 per person.
