Si tratta di un unico ma confortevole ambiente di 40 mq, con un ampio e gradevole terrazzo dove passare dei bei momenti di relax. L'appartamento è realmente silenzioso ed è provvisto di tutto il necessario per passare un gradevole periodo di vacanza. Si trova nel quartiere San Giovanni all'ultimo e 7° piano (è presente l’ascensore) di un palazzo Umbertino a poche centinaia di metri dalla Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, dalla Scala Santa e pochissimo distante dal Colosseo e la Domus Aurea che è possibile raggiungere anche a piedi. Il quartiere è ricco di negozi, ristoranti, bar, pasticceria, centri commerciali e supermercati, è ben servito da mezzi pubblici metro A e C (in 10 minuti si è a Piazza di Spagna, in 15 ai Musei Vaticani, 10 minuti dal Circo Massimo e Fori Imperiali) a 300 metri dall'appartamento sono presenti molte linee di autobus per arrivare al centro storico 15 minuti alla Basilica di San Pietro, 20 minuti per l' Appia Antica e la Villa dei Quintili.

The apartment is really quiet and is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday period. It is located in the San Giovanni district on the top and 7th floor (there is an elevator) of an Umbertino building a few hundred meters from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Scala Santa and a short distance from the Colosseum and the Domus Aurea which is can also be reached on foot. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, bars, patisseries, shopping centers and supermarkets, it is well served by public transport metro A and C (in 10 minutes you are in Piazza di Spagna, in 15 in the Vatican Museums, 10 minutes from the Circus Maximus and Fori Imperiali) 300 meters from the apartment there are many bus lines to get to the historic center 15 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica, 20 minutes to Appia Antica and Villa dei Quintili

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Giulia, our host, was very kind to assist us with everything we needed and answered every question. They provided breakfast pastries and the apartment was wonderful. We had easy access to the metro and enjoyed staying there very much.

Only complaint was the kitchen amenities were not great. No selection of pans for cooking. Also the jams left there had gone bad, very old, as well as hundreds of sugar packets. Bed was very comfortable and location was just what we wanted. Close to grocery stores and local restaurants, not touristy, very authentic.

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple looking for a holiday in Rome. It’s exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, quiet and love sitting on the balcony at night. I messed up with the check in procedure, so thank you Giulia for your patience and understanding with my mistake.
