Spacious Aeolian-style villa immersed in nature, far from traffic and noise — a peaceful haven with wide indoor and outdoor sea-view spaces.
Just a few meters above sea level, you can hear the sound of the waves from the house. The sea is reachable in just a few minutes via a private footpath.
A natural rock pool allows swimming at any hour.
A beautiful beach is also accessible by foot or even by swimming. --------- ⚠️The house is NOT accessible by car.
You can park along the public road, and from there walk a scenic path (300 meters) with some STEEP sections to reach the property.
This unique setting guarantees privacy and quiet. Our spacious Aeolian villa offers complete privacy, breathtaking sea views, and direct access to the coast.
You'll enjoy two beautiful sea-view terraces — one on the main level, the other on the rooftop — both fully furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, tables, and chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. The house includes: - 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with twin beds (can be converted into doubles) - 2 bathrooms with showers - A large living room with two extra beds and a fully equipped kitchen - Surrounded by private land, ensuring silence and peace Just a 5–6 minute walk (approx. 300 meters) down a private scenic footpath leads you to the sea.
Natural rock formations create a crystal-clear swimming pool where you can bathe at any time of day.
A stunning beach ( "La Forbice") is also accessible by foot or even by swimming. Included in the price: We provide a 4x4 vehicle only for - Luggage transport (from port to house and back) - Grocery delivery on arrival - Trash disposal Plus - Taxi service from the port (arrival only) ⚠️ NOTE: Transport for people is only possible in case of emergency. You may park your car for free on the public road above. The layout ensures full privacy — leveled terraces are not visible from neighboring houses.

We can also assist with booking boats, cars, or scooters (early booking recommended). We also rent other nearby homes (Casa Luna, Sole, Cielo), each with private entrances and distant enough to ensure quiet and independence. A shared panoramic area features a wood oven, large barbecue, fridge, tables, and chairs — perfect for outdoor meals with a view of Vulcano island.
