A bright holiday home composed by 2 attached units in the amazing Bracciano town. Our property is the closest rental Villa with private pool to the Village. The quote includes both portions, placed in a green residential area with side view of the Lake, it offers a gazebo and outdoor dining, BBQ with charcoal, a well-kept fenced garden with private pool, outdoor shower & sunbeds in the summer.
In the summer months, the Village & the Bracciano Lake offer many cultural and oenogastronomic events. The sea of the Lazio coast is only 22 kms away. The center of Rome (40 km) can also be reached by train, which leaves every half hour.
Bed linen and towels are included as well as consumption costs; a private pool is open all day long (mid May to Sept; in this period our rates are non-refundable but we offer the possibility to change dates in case of any request, upon availability).

There are countless spots to visit nearby and many events in the surrounding; if you like exploring this amazing area, it's advisable to rent a car.

-City tax and safety deposit are due at your arrival in cash.
-Final Cleaning service and weekly change of bath towels and bed linen are included;: (EXTRA cleaning can be requested apart & upon availability).
