In winter there is a free ski bus stop nearby. On the ground floor there is a cozy living/dining room with a sofa, TV and dining table, and an exit to the garden. Free wifi. Open and modern kitchen. Coffee maker. 2 double rooms. Modern shower/toilet. Upstairs (lockable, accessible via internal staircase), there is a large twin bedroom with TV and an open gallery with children's play area and a separate toilet. In the basement of the chalet there is a hobby room with table football and a ski room, as well as a garage. Two additional outdoor parking spaces in front of the house. Patio and garden with outside fireplace. Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING HOUSE.

Insgesamt schönes Quartier mit kleinen Schwächen. Küche und Bad im Erdgeschoss neu und sehr schön. Lediglich das stylische Waschbecken ist etwas klein. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten zweckmäßig. Die Betten hatten zum Teil noch eine Rauchernote. Viel Platz in Keller und Garage. Fahrräder sind da.

Insgesamt schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen. Die Küche und das Bad im Erdgeschoss sind neu und toll ausgestattet. Lediglich das stylische Waschbecken ist etwas klein. Der Rest der Räumlichkeiten ist zweckmäßig. Einzig die Betten wiesen zum Teil eine schwache "Rauchernote" auf. Viel Platz in Keller und Garage. Fahrräder sind vorhanden.
