Newly refurbished (2020) flat available for rent, strategically positioned at walking distance from Treviso city center. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and has frequent and easy connections to Venice, Padua and Verona. Trains to Venice (25 min ride) run every 30 min or so.
The flat, around 90 sq. meters (970 sq. feet), is comprised of two large bedrooms, a very spacious living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
The main extra amenities are fast WiFi, air conditioning and equipment for baby (cot, high chair, steriliser, baby monitor...).
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: fridge, stove, kettle, bread toaster, coffee machine, oven).
We are passionate about design and tried to convey such mood in the refurbishment, refined and yet cosy.
The flat sits within a two-units building, in which we occupy the second unit. There is therefore a independent entrance and guests can keep their full privacy, while the can get in touch with us easily for every need/request.
The area is residential, very safe and quiet. Treviso city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.
Treviso airport is 10 minutes away by car. Venice airport is 30 minutes away.
We speak Italian (!), English, French and we pretend to speak Spanish :-).
