This top floor suite is a mere 50 meters from the coast, newly renovated has all the amenities you need.
A large glass enclosed sitting room with full views, small cooking area, a large bedroom with king sized bed, a large and modern bathroom, and free Wi-Fi. Outside you have a private large terrace with sitting area and off of the living room area is another deck, both with the same gorgeous sea views! This top floor suite is a mere 50 meters from the coast, newly renovated has all the amenities you need.

The space The entire top floor of the house is yours to use, a large terrace off of the suite and a balcony off the living room.
Fully furnished with outdoor eating area, extra seating areas for your comfort and to enjoy the gorgeous sea views. Inside the suite you will find a small cooking area with a mini fridge, induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, all dishes and utensils needed. Guest access There is a garden on the ground floor which is shared, also equipped with an outdoor shower. Other things to note Additional costs to be paid at the end of the stay: - Air conditioning / heating consumption on payment at the end of the stay separately. (4€ per day, if you choose to use it) - Extra linen changes during the stay (at each change, 20€ to be paid for the extra service which must be requested ahead of time) - Pet friendly, small pets (under 20 kg) may be considered however must be requested prior to booking.
An extra cleaning fee will be charged of 15 € per stay. - City tax 2€ per person per night, to be paid upon arrival and is above the cost of the stay.
This tax is required to be collected by local state laws.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits, tout a été parfait.La communication et le logement avec une superbe terrasse et une vue à couper le souffle.La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable.Idéal pour visiter les pouilles.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich stilvoll eingerichtet.
