House Capaianca is an house of big charme, with a fantastic view from the top on Capri looking on Marina Piccola and Costiera Amalfitana, a beautiful big Balcony with a sofa to relax looking to capri and the sea from the top.
The view will leave you breathless.
The house is confortable, recently remodeled.
Away from the noise, but close to the center, 12 minutes to Piazzetta and 10 minutes from the beach.
Romantic for a couple and perfect for a family or a group of friends.
A luxury Stone floor, a big living room, a dinner area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, confortable beds, no limit Wifi, kitchen refurnished, bose for the music, air conditioning, a beautiful kitchen very well furnished.
A Table and chairs to have lunch or dinner with an incredible view on the sea and on capri from the top.
Linen for the beds and sheets are furnished, soaps and shampoo.
There is a washer machine downstairs the house and a dish washer in the kitchen.
There are two sofa beds in living room anda mezzanine in the main bedroom with two beds.
The bus stop and a huge fantastic supermarket are at 5 minutes walking distance. from the bus stop you can reach every place in the island.
In the kitchen you have an Owen, microwave, toaster , bollitore, coffe machines, plates, glasses, bottles of water (the water is drinkable) and everything to cook and have beautiful dinner .
I will give all the informations to have a fantastic holiday in capri, enjoying our house.

The place is OK but this is clearly not a 5* place. The rooms are very small, the beds are not very comfortable and the place needs some remolding. There are a lot of stairs to get there, but it's like many other places in Capri. That said, the place was clean and the view spectacular.

The views were amazing! We had the most wonderful time and did not want to leave. The apartment had everything we needed. Make sure and folllow the photo directions that the host shares with with you to get there. They make it easy to find.
