Intera casa di 80mq vicino alle piste ciclabili dei laghi di Comabbio e Varese, composta al piano terra da nuova cucina abitabile, grande salone con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con vasca e nuova lavatrice ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Al primo piano ampia camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, balcone esterno che si affaccia sul giardino (eventuale lettino per bambini).
Grande e nuovo giardino esterno ristrutturato nel 2018 con BBQ e ampia zona relax.Per qualsiasi necessità la mia casa è adiacente alla vostra, disponibile quindi per consigli e per ogni evenienza negli orari dopo il check-in
Chiedo ai miei ospiti il buon rispetto degli spazi a disposizione e che lascino in ordine la casa così come l'hanno trovata; c’è comunque una piccola cifra per la pulizia finale.

Entire house of 80sqm a stone's throw from the cycle-pedestrian slopes of the lakes of Comabbio and Varese, composed on the ground floor of a new eat-in kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed. Also on the lower floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for guests. On the first floor large double bedroom with balcony. Small outdoor garden.
For any need my house is adjacent to yours, so available for advice and for any eventuality in the hours after check-in.
Among the services offered, I offer my guests the use of WiFi, a new washing machine, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a drying rack for clothes and an iron. In Italy, due to the anti-terrorism law, registration of guests staying with the competent local authorities is mandatory. As a result, I ask my guests to arrive at check in with a valid ID (both adults and children / teenagers), so that they can be registered.
I ask my guests to respect the spaces available and to leave the house in order as they found it; however, there is a small fee for final cleaning
Check-in: 18.00 - 21.00
Check-out: 12:00
Notes: pets are not allowed and it is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation

Bien que le gite ne soit pas en bordure d'un des grands lacs Italien , il est très proche et nous a permis de découvrir le Lac Majeur, le Lac de Côme, le lac d'Orta ainsi que Milan . Très bon rapport qualité/Prix

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à "L'appel du Lac" chez Carla. La maison est très grande et surtout très propre. Le linge de maison fourni sent très bon le frais et est aussi très propre. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Agréable d'aller au village à...
