Located in the historic Montesanto district of Gorizia, this beautifully renovated 19th-century apartment is just a 15-minute walk from Gorizia Castle and 600 meters from the Slovenian border. Spacious and elegant, it comfortably accommodates up to five adults and offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historical charm, just steps from Piazza Vittoria.
The space :
- Living Areas:
The apartment includes a spacious entrance leading to a bright living room with an open-plan kitchenette. The mezzanine level adds a unique touch, providing a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a 50-inch TV, and a relaxing environment. From both the kitchen and the mezzanine, guests can enjoy a beautiful mural created by students from the Max Fabiani Art Institute, depicting the Isonzo River flowing through Nova Gorica and Gorizia.
- Sleeping Arrangements:
The double bedroom, situated on the mezzanine floor and accessible by a short staircase, overlooks a tranquil internal garden. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and shoe rack, ensuring a serene retreat.
- Bathroom:
The bright, recently renovated bathroom on the lower floor includes a generous shower, hairdryer, and fresh linens.
- Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The kitchen also opens to a large balcony and an additional entrance to the apartment.
