The flat is located on the ground floor of a 6 family condominium in a super central location. The flat was completely renovated in August 2022 and offers its guests a perfect mix of style & comfort in the charm of a beach cottage.
Instead of air conditioning, there are vintage fans and the two double bedrooms have mosquito nets. A definite highlight of the flat is the terrace lounge, where you can eat and chill.
The flat is located only 300 m from one of the main squares of the city, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and ice cream “gelaterias” are within short walking distance. The Corso (= popular shopping street) is also only a few minutes walk away. From here you can reach the harbor (Porto) as well as the beach promenade, which is about 1.3 km away.

One of the bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a beautiful "jungle" shower, the other bedroom has direct access to an enclosed balcony and a walk-in wardrobe. The flat has another bathroom with shower.
The kitchen has a large American fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, ceramic hob and is fully equipped. The large dining table is the focal point of the kitchen and invites you to share a meal with your loved ones. From the kitchen you have access to the outside terrace with dining area, lounge couch, washing machine and outside shower. A little gem - and certainly a highlight of Casa blu Sand.
